The Women Foundation is formed to cater for the overall welfare of all the women in Mountain of Fire and Miracles. The Women Foundation is geared to train and empower all women with skills in their specific areas of need, in order to fulfil their family obligations as help mate to their husbands. Equally, the women are spiritually strengthened through seminars, workshops and prayer sessions organized regularly. Our goal primarily is to bring out the best in our women to enable them to be fulfilled as children of God, family keepers and worthwhile income earners. Also, we aim to raise women leaders that will distinguish themselves honorably always.
The MFM Woman Foundation Caribbean and South America Zonal Prayer Meeting is conducted every quarter under the leadership of Pastor Mrs. Foshade Olufemi.
The Women Foundation is sectioned in regional bodies named Glorious Women in each MFM Region or Church. The Glorious Women in its regions/churches organizes regular seminars and deliverance as tools to challenge and admonish women at all levels. There are quarterly and monthly programmes designed to empower and enlighten both spiritually and physically.
The Glorious Women in the Jamaica was inaugurated April 2017 and continues to work steadfastly in aiding in the development of women in the word of God and the building of the Ministry. MFM Jamaica Region 2 Glorious Women conducts general meeting and prayer sessions per month. We pray that The Lord will continue to empower the women, as more programmes are unfolded in Jesus Name.

Objectives
The MFM Jamaica 2 Glorious Women seeks to:
- To involve women of integrity in the things of the Lord in MFM Worldwide.
- To bring women together in the spirit of unity, cooperation and love that would make them good ambassadors of the Lord Jesus Christ.
- To train, develop and produce Holy Spirit filled women for positions of leadership both in MFM Ministries Worldwide and the society at large.
- To teach women how to handle marital problems that may be confronting the women’s arm of the Ministry as well as addressing all matters concerning the Christian homes specifically relating to women.
- To allow women operate within the spiritual framework of their callings and also help develop their God-given potentials.
- To train women to become prayer warriors thereby preparing them to be battle-ready and to pull down strongholds.
- To create an avenue whereby general feminine matters can be addressed and discussed.
- To groom and train women to become total women in all ramifications, so they can be relevant to both the society and the church especially in this 21st century.
- To have a voice for sisters in the affairs of the Ministry.
- To help the less-privileged in making a living by helping to arrange for the development of skills that could be commercialized to arrest poverty.
